- The character selection screen is now unlocked for all account types with a total of 15 slots available.
- Character deletion now features a 10 second countdown reduced from 24 hours.
- The King of Emperium now rewards 3 KoE Coins instead of 5, as the KoE event is now held regularly rather than just once a week.
- The King of Emperium duration has been reduced to 30 minutes aligning with the original event duration instead of 1 hour.
- Added a Pyrotechnician in the main town to craft Acid Bomb Boxes.

- Character deletion no longer locks the slot after removal.
- Dress Hat requirement updated from Lady Solace Card to Dullahan Card.
- The Prospector has replaced his Stones with Rough Oridecon and Rough Elunium.
- The Prospector now requires 15 Unidentified Minerals for his services, down from 20.
- A Healer, Warper, and Kafra has been added to the Novus Lobby.

- The Costume Items in Novus Plaza have been updated with a Christmas theme.
- The Top MVP, Top PvP, and Top Emperium Breaker rankings have been reset. 
Starting this December, the Top MVP and Top Emperium Breaker of the month will receive 
a reward package. The Top PvP player mechanics are still under discussion.

- The healer has been modified: the zeny requirement and text have been removed, and it now has an 8-second cooldown.
- Ammunition shop order of arrows has been changed.

- Changed Rainbow Scarf requirements from 5x deviace card to 1x deviace card.
- Adjusted descriptions of several items.

- The sprite of cards has been redesigned to better match the theme of NovusRO.
- Telma has been added to Novus Plaza, selling BG Supplies for War Badges.

- The Maroll Battle Recruiter has been disabled in all towns (use @joinbg instead).

- The buffs provided by the Healer have been returned to their original durations.
- The Healer's services will now cost 5,000 zeny, just like the official healer NPCs you find in inns on the official Ragnarok server.

- Blueprint Item requirements have been corrected to use fish available in the fishing system.
